Attorney at Law Attorney Normay W. Jones earned her bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Ms. Jones was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey in 2000. Normay W. Jones is the founder of the Law Office of Normay W. Jones LLC. Ms. Jones for the last four years has worked as an Director of Operations and In-house Counsel for a privately owned business. As in-house counsel for a privately owned business, Ms. Jones specialized in trademark applications, cancellation proceedings, drafting and negotiating various contracts, business formations, and additional business issues. Having served as an Officer and In-house Counsel, Ms. Jones brings a unique perspective and understanding to finding solutions to the legal challenges faced by businesses. Ms. Jones first began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable James E. Rafferty, J.S.C. (retired) in the Chancery Division, Probate Part in Gloucester County. As a law clerk, Ms. Jones researched motions and recommended disposition for cases of non-monetary relief such as labor disputes, injunctions, and specific performance of contracts, foreclosures, dissolution of a corporation or partnership, and probate litigation. Ms. Jones also has experience as a Family Specialist with the Division of Youth & Family Services. Ms. Jones observed the dynamics of family law issues not just as a lawyer but also as a lay person while she collected, recorded, and advocated to the Family Courts the appropriate actions to take for families and juveniles in crisis. During her law school years, Ms. Jones was involved in public interest law by interning at Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic and the Public Defenders in Gloucester County of the State of New Jersey. Ms. Jones enjoys the practice of law and helping people fight for justice. She is committed to serving her clients and believes a lawyer should give clients quality representation.
